The Ada County Prosecutor’s workplace stated Denis Palamarchuk of Portland, Oregon, has agreed to plead responsible to hauling an improperly permitted load, a misdemeanor.
Prosecutors are dropping felony drug-trafficking prices and can ask that the majority of Palamarchuk’s jail time be suspended.
